Refund/ Re-issue Policy:

•Air-tickets

Al Jami Air International follows airline's cancellation and reissue policy.

To cancel/ reissue, travelers are advised to confirm us 48 hours prior to the travel date. Otherwise, no-show charge might be applicable depending on the airline's rule.

To cancel/ reissue, travelers need to call us or knock on Messenger or Raise a request through our website by reaching to customer care support. Our team will initiate an email or directly call you and solve the issue upon confirmation from the customer.

Cancellation fee/ reissue fee and a Standard service charge may apply in case of any change as per airlines policy. Cancellation fee/ reissue is shared by the airlines and may get changed at any time.

We won't charge any additional service charge apart from the airline quoted fees. For the partial payment method, the applicable remaining due will increase by 1.5% interest only if the client fail to execute the payment by the extended deadline provided by the Agency; partially paid tickets are non-refundable and can only be considered for a refund in extreme scenarios (only if it is considered and approved by the airlines) 

Refunds will be initiated (if applicable) after a successful cancellation. The refund will be sent through the same channel that the traveler has used for payment. Depending on the channel type, the payment may take one to five working days to be reflected in the account.

*Convenience charge is non-refundable.

•Hotels/Holiday packages and Activities: 

Cancellation fee may apply depending on the property and the time of cancellation.

Date change is not possible for any hotel booking. Travelers need to cancel the previous booking and rebook with the new date.

Booking for black-out dates are not cancellable or refundable.

•Visa processing assistant: 

Visa processing fees (any country) are always non refundable.

We never guarantee our fellow travellers with 100% of Visa acceptance as it is not something we hold control of as the risk of rejection is always somewhere in between the 100% of the Acceptance rate (in extreme scenarios); But what we can promise you is that our young enthusiastic team is highly focused on delivering your case with the best and updated processing procedures when it comes to paperwork and documentations in application submission and we always stay up to date following any changes and updates announced by foreign authorities by almost every individual country that we are selling as mentioned.
